Return Policy


Our Return Policy is 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within five days of delivery receipt. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we sent out the wrong product. All merchandise returns must meet the following criteria: Item(s) must be undamaged, unused, and in ready to sell condition (including original instructions, hardware, and packaging). All items have a 25% restocking fee. All item(s) returned must be accompanied by a pre-issued Return Authorization Number (RA#).

 

Return Procedure



  1. Obtain RA# by email or by calling 1 (800) 622-9541; (8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. Pacific Standard Time Mon.-Fri.)
  2. RA# must be clearly marked on the outside carton next to the mailing label of the return merchandise. Also you must include the original invoice inside of carton.
  3. Merchandise must be received by us within 30 days of RA# issue date.
  4. Any merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will NOT be returned to you and you will NOT receive any refund or credit.
  5. You are responsible for all shipping charges for returns for warranty issues/claims.
  6. All returned merchandise must arrive at GD Bodykits, Inc. in original condition. If the item is damaged or lost during return shipment GD Bodykits, Inc. will not issue any refund or credit. Please insure all return merchandise.

 

Please follow the Guidelines for your situation:



  • Incorrect Fitment: Provide pictures of the part on or against the vehicle, clearly showing the entire car with the part on the car, close up pictures of area where incorrect fitment occurs, & picture of the box delivered in to show product did not damaged during delivery.



  • Incorrect Part: Take a picture of part sent along with a picture of the box it had shipped in.



  • 5-Day Grace Period Returns: Subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost is non refundable both ways.

 


Subject line: provide the website ordered from, order number, & customer’s full name. 


In the body: provide product ordered, product received, reason returning product, & pictures supporting the reason of return.



Any missing information will delay the return process.


 


Damaged shipments must be refused or if minor damage noted on delivery receipt. Failure to do so may void any shipping insurance claims. If you have any more concerns, please refer to the returns page on the website, or email returns@gdbodykits.com .


 

Credits

All returned merchandise must meet the following criteria listed below for a credit:



  • The merchandise must be returned in new ready to sell condition. Including all installation instructions, installation hardware, and packaging. Also, must have Return Authorization Number clearly displayed on outside of the box. All return merchandise without a RA# are subject up a 25% restocking fee.

 


Who pays for return shipping cost?


GD Bodykits, Inc. will cover shipping cost if merchandise returned is due to a manufacturing defect (must send us pictures for verification) or as a result of our error. Merchandise returns for any other reason will be paid by the customer.
